I am just back home with the parcel. I have to say that I didn't think I would be that impressed by the quality of your work. I am my worst enemy, I want perfection and perfection is not easy to find these days.

 I put the earrings next to my 2ct VVS1 solitaire ring and I couldn't see any difference. They both sparkle the same, I couldn't believe it!!! It was worth the trouble I went through paying the Greek customs and Orbit Couriers.

 Now that I saw that your quality is like a real diamond, I will be looking for a ring to wear when traveling so I won't be worried.

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know I received the ring……WOW.  It looks unbelievable.  I’m far from a jewelry expert but when I pulled the ring out of the box I was really taken aback by how crystal clear the stone was and how heavy and solid it felt.  Sometimes you can just tell when you pick something up at a store whether it feels flimsy and cheap or solid and well-made.  My first thought was how this ring was definitely a quality, well-made piece of jewelry.  I am thoroughly pleased.  You and Lorraine have been a pleasure working with through this process.  Seemed like within minutes of me sending you an e-mail either you are Lorraine were either returning my e-mail or calling me on the phone.  That kind of personal customer service seems to be something of the past these days and it was refreshing to find it again.  I am a police officer by profession and am VERY skeptical and on-guard by nature, so I was clearly somewhat hesitant to do business online for something as important as an engagement ring.  After speaking with you personally not only during the ordering process but again during the manufacturing process when you made personal suggestions to alter the ring for the better, based on your experience, I was certainly put at ease.  I must say I will certainly trust you in the future for all of my jewelry purchases.  The proposal is coming quickly….on Tues. morning, 3/30, and I know Sandy’s going to love the ring you made.  I am proposing in a somewhat unique fashion and will have photographs taken at the moment.  I will send a couple pictures to you when we get back from our trip if you are interested.  Again, thank you for honesty, integrity, and how at ease you made me feel personally with what was a very big and important purchase, at least to me.
