Will people believe Russian Brilliants® is a natural diamond? Only if you tell them. We have never received any information to the contrary.
Russian Brilliants® has a hardness rating
similar to a ruby or sapphire. What will a jeweler say? On a certain level jewelers perceive us as competing for their business. At times, they feel like they are being tested. For these reasons many jewelers will not offer many flattering comments. Russian Brilliants® is a relatively new product. Jewelers are very knowledgeable about natural diamonds but are not familiar with Russian Brilliants® and other new simulated stones. Quite often jewelers confuse Russian Brilliants® with the mass produced, machine stamped or moissanite. Is Russian
Brilliants®
hard enough to have a personal inscription inscribed on the stone? Yes. It can be seen under 10X magnification. What is the cost of the personal inscription? $80 Can
my ring be sized if I gain or lose weight?
Having a Russian Brilliant® in your ring will not
effect sizing. Many women participate in weight
loss programs therefore finger sizes change.
Russian Brilliants® can be removed and reset like
a natural diamond. Ring sizing due to weight
loss or gain can be done for a small fee.
Does Russian Brilliants® come in different shapes and sizes?
Yes. You can purchase sizes ranging from .10 to a 21 ct stone.
Can I purchase Russian Brilliants® in different colors? Yes.
The most popular are the D-E (white) stones.
Additionally, medium intense blue, intense pink,
light pink, light fancy yellow, canary yellow,
medium, very intense fancy yellows are
currently available. A beautiful tanzanite
is also offered. This gem is produced as a 90% blue and 10% purple stone. With it's amazing sparkle it mimics the finest tanzanite ever
mined and is harder and more durable than the
natural stone. Other natural-looking stones
available are sapphires, rubies, emeralds,
alexandrite, tsavorite and padparadsha.
Will the Color ever fade? Unlike
other diamond simulants, Hadar has never received any information associated
with a color change, fogging or clouding. How is Russian Brilliants® cleaned? Simply drop
two Alka Seltzer tablet in a half glass of warm water. Your jewelry will be safe too.
Anything that cuts grease will help remove the
build-up of oil and dirt from Russian
Brilliants® Commercially prepared no harsh
jewelry cleaner or steam cleaning will also
work.
Do you offer any guarantee or refund? Yes.
We guarantee that the color will not change. The
stone is almost as hard as a natural diamond and
it can chip in the same way a diamond will.
Hadar has a 7-day refund on merchandise or exchange
policy minus the shipping costs.
Starts day you receive package. Postmarked 7
days later for return. Can I purchase Russian Brilliants® with inclusions or in J, K, L colors? No. We have not heard of any production of these goods that fit these descriptions. If this does come on the market, we will not sell it. Can you help me with a ring, earrings, tennis bracelet or other jewelry purchase? Yes. With our 27 years of trade experience, we are quite familiar with many Jewelry designers and manufacturers. We strive to be your jewelry supplier for life. What about sales tax?
